Care Plan Treatment

Patients seeking care for issues like back pain, sciatica, neck pain, etc. will receive a custom care plan that is medically necessary for their specific needs. We also accept HSA and FSA cards which can be used on care plans or wellness care.

 

Insurance/Medicare

We do not take or bill insurance. We are able to send you a superbill receipt (chiropractic only) for possible reimbursement from your insurance company. For Medicare patients, we are able to treat you as a patient at our normal pricing but are unable to bill Medicare for services rendered.

 

Auto Crash/Personal Injury

We accept auto accident and personal injury cases. Please have a claim number from your insurance company before booking as we are a mobile chiropractic service. Since every company has different policies, we can verify your care before we begin. If you are seeking treatment in this category, you will be excluded from the cash plans mentioned above.
